Crafted in the style of English campaign furniture, our leather mirrors add a touch of equestrian chic to any environment. We discovered this vintage training surcingle in Mascot, Tennessee, and hand-tacked it around an 18-inch beveled circle mirror, mounted on an espresso-stained wood backing. The mirror hangs from the original brass ring at the top, and is embellished with matching brass buckles on either side. This is a unique piece for your home, stable or tack room!
- Mirror: 18" in diameter
- Leather Frame: 19” in diameter x 6" deep. Brass hanging loop extends 4” from the top of the frame.
- Weighs approximately 10 lbs.
- Because of the weight and size of this mirror, a substantial wall hook, extending approximately 3-4 inches beyond wall (not included) is necessary to hang this mirror. We recommend using a hand-forged iron hook to complement the rustic style of our mirrors. There are endless styles available on Etsy. Also makes a great shelf mirror.
PLEASE NOTE: Each piece of tack we use is uniquely found, and is well-aged and well-used. We clean, condition and touch up the leather as much as possible, but please keep in mind that it does contain some natural wear and tear, an occasional scratch or even a faint 'horsey' smell. We feel it adds to the overall character of each mirror.
