SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing Time
Customization: Due to the personalized nature of custom designs, all orders require a production and customization period of 10-15 business days before shipping. 

High Volume: Please allow for additional days for delivery during high-volume periods or sales. 

Shipping & Delivery 
We offer free shipping on all shop items. Standard Shipping — UPS or Fedex — is 3-5 business days.



Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. 


Domestic Shipping: We currently only ship within the Continental United States, North America. 




Delays, Loss, and Damage
Delays: If your order is delayed, please contact us with your order number, and we will investigate. 



Lost or Damaged Items: If your package is lost or damaged in transit, we will either send a replacement if possible, or issue a refund. Please note that due to the custom nature, some items may not be able to be replaced exactly and a refund will be issued instead.

Reporting Issues: Please report any issues with your order within 7 days of delivery. 

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICIES

Custom Items: Due to their personalized nature, custom designs are not eligible for return or exchange unless there is a defect or error on our part. 


Additionally, for our larger mirrors size 28” and up, all sales are final. We apologize but we are unable to accept returns on any mirrors 28” or larger.
